Return and Refund Policy

At The Sweet Spot Pillow, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review the following policy to understand how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.


30-Day Return & Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@thesweetspotpillow.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure of the following:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all plastic wraps and/or tamper seals intact.

  • We may request a photograph of the product’s condition before approving a return.

  • If the returned item is opened, used, dirty, or damaged, or otherwise unsellable, we cannot process a refund.

  • Refunds can only be processed for up to two items per order. For more than two items, we’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange.

  • We unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Return Shipping Fees

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.
You’ll need to cover the return shipping fee and ensure the product is shipped back securely using a trackable method.

We cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return packages, so please pack your item safely to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive the product in its original condition, your refund will be processed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days (depending on your bank or card provider).

If rejected due to not meeting return conditions, the product may be shipped back to you upon request.

Please note: only the cost of the item will be refunded.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@thesweetspotpillow.com.

After 24 hours, your order is likely already processed and dispatched from our warehouse.
At that stage, cancellations become difficult as your item is on its way.
If you still wish to cancel after this period, please wait for delivery and then follow our Return Process above.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll offer you two options:

  1. Resend the item at no additional cost, or

  2. Provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Our team is committed to resolving such issues quickly and fairly so you can shop with confidence.


Chargebacks & Returns Policy

We kindly ask all customers to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
We’re committed to finding a fair resolution — whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.

To ensure a smooth and valid process:

  • All refund or return requests must be initiated via support@thesweetspotpillow.com within the 30-day period.

  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed before contacting us, the refund/return process (including our 30-day window) will be considered invalid.

  • Filing a chargeback before reaching out may result in loss of eligibility for both refunds and replacements.
