Shipping Regions
Currently, The Sweet Spot Pillow ships within the United States, Canada, Australia, and select international regions.
If we don’t currently ship to your country or region, please reach out to us at support@thesweetspotpillow.com — we’re always open to expanding our reach.
Discreet & Private Packaging
Your privacy is our top priority.
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to “The Sweet Spot Pillow” or our product on the shipping label or return address.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–17 business days, depending on your region and the chosen shipping method.
Special Note:
Each Sweet Spot Pillow is carefully prepared, filled, and packaged to maintain the highest quality and hygiene standards. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.
If your tracking shows no movement initially, don’t worry — it simply means your package is awaiting pickup or scanning by the courier.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Lost or Missing Packages
